Enmanuel Rubio -also known as Notoyclaroo, is a Dominican DJ / Producer. 

He has developed passion to create magic with the music, him qualified to produce a mixture of underground electronic music with a groove feeling of the Caribbean it’s a fact that he knows how to bring good vibes and an epic quality sound to the dancefloor.

For 2018 he founded his own record label called Ultra Beat Music, showing successes as after party and dance floor later in 2020, moving to the record label THE LAB with spotify appearances such as LAB Sessions with sets like Awake among other hits.
